Talent Acquisition Coordinator


We are seeking an energetic, experienced, Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be the first point of contact for our candidates, and impact how they see our organization. You will also be responsible for coordinating our Talent Acquisition efforts and giving an extraordinary candidate experience to everyone who applies and/or interviews with us. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiter (and any other team members that may be added in the future) as well as hiring managers and candidates, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition processes.


  • Maintain and make updates to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Filter through applications on our ATS
  • Schedule and coordinate phone and in person interviews from inbound applications
  • Maintain an efficient workflow at all stages of the interview process
  • Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate
  • Conduct reference checks and send out background checks
  • Identify areas of opportunity for candidate experience and implement necessary changes
  • Assist with general day-to-day administrative functions including conference room scheduling, pipeline building, researching, and office management


  • 1+ year(s) recruitment and HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree not required, but preferred
  • Highly polished and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with meticulous attention to details
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Self-motivated individual who loves to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
