Bilingual Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answers incoming calls from clients and their employees.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with every caller.
  • Assist with filing of paperwork.
  • Contacting clients regarding additional support documents as needed.

HOURS:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9AM-6PM
  • Saturday: 8AM-5PM

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in an inbound call center.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish. Written and oral.
  • Highly polished and professional phone communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual who loves to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
